Better late than never!
This was our challenge from last week; but we both had life happen and just got to post last night.
The challenge was to use stove burner covers. I had a large and a small one and wanted to use both in the same project.
I decoupaged paper on the back. I cut the rings around the edge with deco scissors. You can't tell it by the pics, but they are 2 dimensional.
I made the tags about a year ago and had them stuck in a box. They turned out so pretty that I wanted to display them. I thought this would be a pretty display.
The Eiffel tower is a Cricut cut and I glittered it.
I like how this project turned out. I now have it on my wall in my craft room!
Here is +LaDenna Lawrence's take on it. Very clever since she's have a Luau party in a couple of weeks. These will be table decorations!
Look at all the tiny details!
This is a magnetic message board. Very pretty!
So there you have two totally different projects made from the same objects. That's what is great about these challenges-to see what each of us comes up with. We both see things differently most of the time; but sometimes we are on the same page and make similar things! Always new and surprising!
Thanks for coming by to take a look at the reveal!
What would YOU have made?
What would YOU have made?
Both of them look great. It makes me want to make some. I can't decide which ones I like best.
